Since joining the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce last year, we’ve really embraced the opportunities and benefits available as part of our membership.

Since joining the chamber, See Limited won the Sustainability Award at the Northamptonshire Business Awards in November. The Sustainability Award at the Northamptonshire Business Awards celebrates those who lead the way in environmental responsibility, resource management, and community engagement, all while contributing to the UK Government’s Net Zero target.

This week’s event, led by Julie Futcher titled ‘Everyone Sells’ brought the belief that everyone involved in the business from sales, to marketing, accounts, to events, has a role to play in selling.

The Next Generation Chamber provides a platform for aspiring young business people in the region to help them grow and develop via a series of exclusive monthly events, alternating between networking events and personal development sessions.

Here at See Limited we value investing into the skills of our team members and giving them the platform to develop in the business.

Jayden Whitworth, our Content Marketing executive, who joined See Limited in January 2024 and attended this week’s Next Generation event, said: “One of the most powerful lessons I took away from the session was the importance and the power of being authentic.

“In an age of AI, hard sales and stereotypical messaging, I feel like the winners will be those that remain personal.

“People buy people and now more than ever we are all craving authenticity and originality.

“While the technology continues to evolve there is nothing more powerful than the human touch and maintaining and nurturing human relationships is incredibly important to sales.”

We look forward to seeing how Jayden applies these insights to his work and are excited to continue supporting his journey.

We’re also looking forward to attending more events through the Next Generation Chamber of Commerce and further expanding our network while investing in the development of our team.
